Chaplaincy Team

The St Thomas More School Chaplaincy Team comprises pupils in Year 5 and 6 who apply to help lead their fellow pupils in their prayer life. 

The Chaplaincy Team meet regularly to plan how to enrich the prayer life of their peers. This includes:

- Rosary Club in October and May and making decades of the Rosary during lunchtimes

- Creating an Advent calendar resource 'Pray Every Day' to share with children and families 

- Supporting younger year groups with Child Led Worship

- Leading and planning school liturgies including Remembrance, May Devotion amongst others

- Working alongside House Captians and/or the Mini Vinnies to support fundraising events
